(OTC: “CAWW”), announced that the board of directors has appointed Christophe Dominello as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Lance Funston will remain chairman of the board. The board of directors has also decided to end the engagement with Janney Montgomery Scott LLC.

In two years, it has grown to over 40,000 distribution points across the portfolio and increased organic sales by 170%. His strategy led to the acquisition of Ducere, offering investors a return on investment of 200%. Prior to joining Ducere, Dominello held leadership roles at Ultimark Products and Nutrisystem Inc. At Ultimark, as CEO, he helped raise more than $ 15.0 million in private placement to advance the goal of ‘acquisition of the business, leading to four acquisitions in its first year (including Prell® Shampoo, Denorex® Shampoo, and others). He also increased revenue by 200% for the company’s garden division by securing a placement at Home Depot.
