The clinic begins today with registration and screening. Appointments will be made for those needing treatment tomorrow, thanks to Connecticut’s 14th Mission of Mercy free dental clinic.

The dental clinic is for residents of the New London Country, ages 16 and over, as well as Connecticut veterans. For veterans, a military ID is required.

It takes place at the Hagia Sophia Greek Orthodox Church at 200 Hempstead St., New London.

The Mission of Mercy Free dental clinic is underway today in New London.

Free services offered include cleanings, exams, extractions, fillings and x-rays.

Due to restrictions put in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic, only the first 300 patients will receive care.

Patients must attend screening and register for services on Fridays starting at 10:00 a.m.

Once the appointment slots are filled, there will be no additional appointments.

Patients will benefit from medical and dental screening, as well as x-rays on Friday. They will then receive an appointment for dental treatment on Saturday in a private dental office.
