As part of this development, Raphael Pascaud was named senior vice president and executive director, leading this new venture and other key initiatives.

Prior to joining DentalMonitoring, Pascaud worked for 9 years at Align Technology, where he held various leadership positions, his last role being Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy.

Alexandra Van der Stap was appointed Chief Growth Officer of DM Lab. She previously held leadership positions at consumer brands such as North Face, and most recently as Vice President of Marketing, Strategy and Consumer Affairs at Align Technology.

Xavier Laniol will also join the lab as Global Head of Business Operations. Laniol has spent 27 years in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. This includes 13 years at Johnson & Johnson and most recently a role as Vice President for Southern Europe at Mölnlycke, the world leader in wound care.
