Purpose of the position

Support the delivery of a first-class approach to maintaining and publishing exam results

As a University Assessment Officer, you will provide a first-class administrative and operational service to support the conduct of examinations at the BPP. You will be a key member of the Assessment (Exam Operations) team, working to support exam delivery and provide excellent assessment services to BPP students. If required, you will be expected to assist other assessment teams within the department during peak periods, which may include all regular administrative tasks to ensure the success of assessment operations at BPP University.

  • Organization of online assessments
  • Maintain and manage databases of exam results
  • Publication of exam results
  • Respond to CMS and email queries (from students, schools, and other parts of the organization)
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building within the organization
  • Be part of the Filemaker Pro Database Transition Project
  • Preparation and sending of transcripts
  • Liaise with academic departments to provide information on student completion
  • Prepare board reports such as extenuating circumstances, appeals, etc.
  • Prepare list of results for graduation, academic council, student records, list of candidates for finance and regulators as required
  • Assistance with HESA returns and exam boards
  • Assume all duties and responsibilities in accordance with rules and regulations
  • Adhere to and comply with work in accordance with University and Department policies, procedures and codes of conduct and GDPR
  • Participate in training and professional development associated with the role

  • Holder of a university degree or equivalent professional qualification, however, applications
